Is it weird to daydream about tomatoes and French food markets?
Maybe.
But how can I not when I got to see tomatoes that looked like this when the Mr. and I were in Lyon.
Or what about these heirloom tomatoes...
Who wouldn't have daydreams about such perfect tomatoes?
Oh, what, that guy? He prefers the onions. I don't speak French, but I'd like to think that's what he said to me here.
On second thought, he's probably more of a zucchini blossom kind of fellow.
If tomatoes aren't for you, how about some flowers?
Spices?
A truck?
Eggplant?
I think I'll take it all...along with more daydreaming.
I'm in love with all of these pictures. And I don't even like tomatoes.

The market was incredible, and it isn't even close to being as elaborate as Paris' famous food markets. The best part of the experience was that we went shopping with a chef, went back to his shop (and private kitchen) to cook our meal, and then we got to eat what we had made. It was by far the best meal we had while in Lyon.

The French market reminded me of the fabulous fresh food markets in London!! The food is beautiful. Don't worry about being called maam. Remember you are still carded when we go out to eat.
