I would like to admit something to myself in writing.
I need to take a break from running.
I know that it has been three months since the marathon, but I still feel *mentally* exhausted from it. Doesn't that sound kind of crazy?
Anyway, I've decided to go a different direction with my fitness plan...for now. It's a bit of an experiment for me. The plan? Actually use all of the home workout DVDs and MP3s that I own.
Oh, and here's a slightly embarrassing secret...I love watching infomercials. I must be the type of person who enjoys "being sold" on a product. Many of my DVDs [that I seldom use] come from said 'mercials. haha
My goal for January? Workout with NYC Ballet...in DVD form, of course!
