Anyone out there a fan of It's me or the dog on Animal Planet? So good. I saw an episode the other day that was about clicker training.
Our energetic puppy, Gravy, still has many doggie manners to learn. I like the idea of using positive reinforcement to reinforce good behavior (versus using negative, violent methods of training puppies to mind).
We'll see how it goes! Gravy did really well w/ his first clicker lesson. We have a long way to go, though.
(Now if I could only get Gravy to stop stealing my chicken dinner from the counter...)
